Terms and Conditions
Transformations Staging & Redesign will be referred to as Transformations in this document. Transformations cannot guarantee your business income or statistics to match our averages.
Transformations will not be liable for accidents or lawsuits caused by the use of our training methods or any errors or omissions in the training.
Non-Compete Agreement
This agreement is made between the company of Transformations by Graffiti Design, aka. Transformations Staging & Redesign School or Becky Harmon and the enrolled individual.
The student agrees for a period of 10 years not to directly or indirectly, individually or with another company, have any interest as an owner or employee in a business similar to the function of the school, certification training. Any written or acquired information cannot be shared with any third party or individual or company in competition with the school. No Material, CD, Photo or video can be shared with anyone without permission.
This agreement does not apply to simply operating a business in the fields of Redesign or Staging or Interior Design. There are no restrictions in this area.
